Positive culture protects my work life balance

Agile, collaborative, fast paced is the best way to describe Life at Neotas.

Since I joined, I have seen headcount grow from handful of employees in London to over a 100 globally, with offices in multiple Cities.

My role as Operations Director was predominantly internally focused for the first couple of years. I collaborated with colleagues to implement processes, procedures and systems to allow our fast paced global expansion. Over the past couple of years, my role has expanded to focus on sales and account management.

The positive company culture ensures I have a good work life balance. I start my day reviewing emails and checking in with the team in India before kicking off the day in Europe.

When I work from home, I often do the school run. It’s great to have flexibility and supportive employers who recognise the importance of family.

Here’s to many more years of working alongside a talented bunch of people, developing our products and reducing risks for our clients.
